Leaves and Time Off
Diageo provides generous disability coverage, parental leave and vacation. Disability coverage can be used in the event of an injury or illness, or to accommodate a personal leave. Parental leave is designed to give employees ample time away from work when welcoming a new child. You can also take advantage of our vacation policy.
