Health Benefits:
- Diageo provides medical coverage for employees and their dependents, and Diageo pays the majority of the cost of health care services. You will need to select a coverage option for you and, if applicable, your family, based on whether you would prefer to pay more for coverage through your paycheck or when you receive care.

Tax Savings Accounts:
- If you elect medical coverage through a UHC Consumer Driven Health Plan, you have access to a Health Savings Account (HSA) through Alight to help manage the higher deductible. Diageo will contribute to your Smart-Choice Account HSA in a lump sum — $500 if you elect "Employee Only" medical coverage or $1,000 if you elect "Employee and one or more dependents" medical coverage — to help get you started at the beginning of the year. - Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) — both the Health Care FSA and the Dependent Care FSA — give you the opportunity to set aside pre-tax dollars for eligible expenses, including expenses for a dependent.
